Job Description Summary: Coordinates/Assists with all aspects of sales administration, policies, procedures and sales operations management including, but not limited to: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to: SalesForce (SF) Administrator - Responsible for the CRM system including: Full training and understanding of the SF functions Opportunity to become a certified Sales Force Administrator (year 2) Maintain all customer and sales representative information Heal create and maintain existing and prospective customer contact strategy Entering of sales and/or orders as needed Support pricing, quoting and development of solution templates as needed Sales Order Entry - develops regular reporting for review by Chief Revenue Officer Sales Commission - review and verify all commissions and submit monthly report to finance for calculation of payment Lead Tracking - collect, input, assign and track all sales leads Sales Assistance - works with sales on a daily basis on assistance with specific needs RFP's - Request For Proposal Responsible for coordinating all responses with the assigned sales representative Responsible for providing company specific information Ensure the proper delivery of all responses Work with CRO to build incentive programs including gathering data for tracking Work with CRO to plan annual sales meeting Manage new sales employee on-boarding program Marketing - develop and implement marking plans, including all customer communication as new industry relevant topics emerge (Windows 10, OEM EOL).
