QuickBridge provides working capital loans to small and mid-sized businesses throughout the United States. Our rapid growth continues, due to our ability to provide an innovative funding program to an under-served market.


We are looking for a dynamic individual who can manage and execute strategy-driven lead and demand generation campaigns and be accountable for results. Your background should include experience in: both inbound/outbound marketing, lead and demand generation. You are able to manage and execute campaign direction into deliverables that generate leads, engage users, and nurture opportunities.


  • Manage and assist with execution of lead and demand gen campaigns focused on inbound/outbound marketing, nurturing, engagement, and sales enablement.
  • Manage, analyze and optimize campaigns for different user segments and funnel stages.
  • Reporting and analysis: Drive a data-oriented marketing approach. Report on and analyze marketing program performance to KPIs and marketing contribution to overall business performance. Provide key insights to internal stakeholders to provide transparency and enable action to grow marketing contribution.


  • 2 to 4 years' experience building and executing successful inbound/outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Firm understanding of lead and demand gen tactics, including inbound marketing, outbound marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proven success in managing results-oriented marketing programs to drive sales pipeline.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities, track and analyze results.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize projects, budgets, resources, and be highly accountable.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
