Job Description


The Corporate Trade Compliance Coordinator's primary responsibility is to administer the Wabtec Free Trade Agreement (FTA) program. This role will also support the Wabtec global trade compliance program working with Customs Brokers on Customs entry related inquiries, screening of customers and suppliers for possible US government sanctions and conduct Customs entry audits.


* Preform Denied Party Screening

* Bill of Material analysis for free trade agreement eligibility

* Solicit country of origin information and manufacture affidavits from Wabtec suppliers

* Audit Wabtec Customs Entries

* Monitor government websites for new or changes to free trade agreements

* Provide statistical reports as required


* Bachelor Degree in supply chain, logistics, or other business related field or equivalent business experience

* Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience working in a professional business environment

* Proven written and verbal communication skills

* Strong analytic skills with demonstrated success organizing, analyzing and accurately interpreting data

* ERP experience, Oracle preferred

* Ability to prioritize workload to have the greatest impact to customer satisfaction and the companies targeted performance metrics

* Demonstrate a collaborative work ethic and ability to bring change to an organization through data driven proposals
