Job Description We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager who will manage deliverables, timelines and budgets for the marketing department. This person will serve as a primary hub for project coordination and communication. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will collaborate with multiple departments from across the company as well as agency and other third-party resources to ensure that projects and initiatives are completed on spec, on time, and Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate activities between the marketing team, agency, and other service providers Manage creative development process from inception through execution Work with internal teams such as legal, technology, and finance to secure approvals, track budgets, and ensure that marketing projects are on schedule Education & Experience: Required: 3-7 years relevant marketing project management experience - either agency or client side, but agency side preferred Strong project management and client management experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work within tight deadlines High-energy self-starter able to stay very organized and keep the team organized and efficient Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred: Significant Marketing agency project management experience strongly preferred Experience with direct mail and digital marketing strongly preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred Financial services marketing experience preferred Some design and or copy writing experience a plus Company Description We offer an enriching, innovative, data driven, flexible, and empowering environment.
