Job Description Banking Operations Marketing Service Analyst Austin TX Description The Marketing Service Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the client's Payment Card Program Product Marketing collateral with our Issuing Banks and internal stakeholders. The qualified candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders. This role reports to the Sr. Program Manager of Banking Operations and the individual will perform tasks such as: Responsibilities Submit and seek Bank approval of items relating to partner initiatives, marketing collateral, and payment card programs Handling of marketing materials as defined by the Issuing Bank and a client's policies and procedures, in accordance with defined service levels. Monitor Bank responses on Product Marketing pieces for Clients internal review and processing. Facilitate the internal and external review process of Clients Marketing collateral pieces with our Issuing Banks, internal Legal Team and Business stakeholders. Assist with communication and coordination of plans, issues, requests, responses, and administrative items with external parties and with other departments Identifying the appropriate individuals to include in communications and decision-making, and then following through until all tasks are completed to an appropriate degree of quality and completeness. Skills and Experience 5 or more years of experience in Financial Services, Payment Cards, Retail, or Vendor Management roles. 3 or more years of experience with creating, reviewing, or editing marketing materials in the financial services industry or other such regulated industry like health care. Aptitude for learning new systems and processes. Ability to work within a fast paced, dynamic environment Demonstrated ability to create and manage effective, productive professional relationships that stimulate and support business performance. Superior verbal, written, and inter-personal communication skills Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Ethical and moral standards of integrity Ability to solve problems and drive to resolution Education : 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelors degree preferred in Business Management, Psychology, English, Pre-Law or Philosophy Company Description MMC provides professional, administrative, call center and technical services including technical and non-technical staffing, business process outsourcing, and consulting.
