The Office Receptionist would be responsible for the following duties: Schedules patient appointments. Enters appointment date and time into computerized scheduler. Records when appointments have been filled or canceled. Telephones patients to remind them of appointments. Telephones patients to reschedule missed appointments. Calls patient referrals to solicit services.

Motivated, self-directed and results-driven approach to work, also takes ownership of assigned tasks. The ability to meet deadlines. Capable of establishing effective working relationships that promote teamwork and collaboration. Willingness and ability to resolve issues that arise in the performance of the job duties. Able to work in a dynamic and changing work environment. Proficient with MS Office Suite required Oracle experience preferred but not required. Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance Refined products and/or pipelines experience preferred but not required.
